I’m Francesca, a registered nurse of 20 years and a mom who understands that while becoming a parent is the most beautiful phase of life, it can also feel overwhelming and full of questions. Targeted marketing and affiliate links from influencers on social media take advantage of your excitement expecting a new baby, making it is easy to be persuaded into buying expensive items that won't actually work for you, your baby, your family and your lifestyle. I am your trusted mom friend, getting you prepared and organized before baby's arrival!
I hold a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and over the last 10 years, I was the Chief Nursing Officer and a Director of Nursing at an acute care hospital. As the Director of Women's Services, I was the nursing leader over Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, NICU and Maternal Fetal Medicine (high risk ultrasound). I was also a consultant for a medical device company for nearly 10 years and I am a School of Nursing Instructor at a local University.
At Before Baby Co., I offer practical recommendations and education customized for you, with real-life strategies to help you feel confidently prepared and cared for. No matter your journey to parenthood and whether you’re preparing for a birth, life with a new baby, or planning how you will navigate recovery - my goal is to be that reassuring, knowledgeable friend you can turn to for educated and unbiased guidance.
You don’t have to do this alone, every parent deserves a knowledgeable friend to look out for them and who gets it!
